Carlton Colville FREE Summer Activity Day - 4th August 2021

Go Geronimo in partnership with East Suffolk Council, East Suffolk Communities Team and The Apollo Centre are proud to bring you Community Summer activity camps every Friday for 4 weeks throughout the school holidays  in Carlton Colville.

If you are interested in having your child attend these sessions, please fill out the registration form.

Sessions are from 10am - 12pm every Wednesday in August 2021, from 4th August.

We are collecting this information to plan the sessions and to use for evaluation and monitoring purposes.

Please bring your own drinks and snacks (unless you qualify for free school meals). All possessions left at own risk.

* All of our summer activity days will be run in accordance with the current government's COVID-19 guidelines. *

A parent or carer signature is needed for your child to participate.

If you are signing up more than one child, please complete a separate form for each child so we can keep medical records separate. Thank you.
